eObservations is an easy to use app which assists Early Childhood Educators with their reporting requirements under the National Quality Framework (NQF), the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF), My Time Our Place (MTOP), National Quality Standards(NQS) and the Queensland Kindergarten Learning Guide (QKLG).

This is a great tool for educators across the Early Childhood Education and Care (ECEC) sector and can be used by Family Day Care (FDC), Long Day Care (LDC) and Outside School Hours Care (OSHC) providers. eObservations works on both iPads and iPhones.

We also have an inbuilt translation tool which automatically translates your observations into English

With eObservations you can:

Easily write observations/reflections
Create custom plans and programming
Link plans and programs to your observations
Link observations to outcomes from the EYLF, MTOP and QKLG or Te Wha-riki (New Zealand)
Add unlimited children
Print directly to a printer
Customise templates to suit your needs
Categorise children into groups or days
Add multiple observers and set default observer
Add photos to your reports and upload photos from your camera roll
View all reports for each child and create portfolios
Customise report templates to include your business details and logo
Email reports in PDF format to parents and guardians or for backup


This free version of this app allows you to use it for 7 days before subscribing

Please note the following for the ongoing subscription of our app

- The in App subscription allows your to use an unlocked version of eObservations
- The standard length of the subscription is 1 month which is currently $8.99 AUD a month or 1 year which is currently at $69.99 AUD.
- Payment will be charged to iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase
- Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period
- Account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period, and identify the cost of the renewal
- Subscriptions may be managed by the user and auto-renewal may be turned off by going to the users Account Settings after purchase
- No cancellation of the current subscription is allowed during active subscription period
- Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when the user purchases a subscription to that publication
